Privacy Policy

RecurHub ("we", "us", or "our") operates the web application at recurhub.net and the RecurHub Chrome Extension. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using RecurHub you agree to the practices described here.

When you create an account and use RecurHub, we collect the following:

• Account credentials — your name, email address, and password used to log in.
• Profile details (optional) — full name, preferred email, preferred password, phone number, street address, city, and zip code entered in Settings for the autofill feature.
• API key — a unique token generated for your account, used to authenticate the Chrome Extension.
• Affiliate platform data — platform names and URLs you add to your account so the extension can detect matching pages.
• Usage data — standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and diagnostics.

• To authenticate you and provide access to your account.
• To power the autofill feature — profile details are used only to pre-fill affiliate signup forms on your behalf.
• To generate and validate your API key for extension authentication.
• To improve the platform and diagnose technical issues.
• To send important account and service updates.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The RecurHub Chrome Extension connects to your account via your API key. Here is exactly what it does with your data:

• Local storage — your API key and profile details are stored in chrome.storage.local on your device. Data is cleared when you disconnect.
• Page detection — the extension reads the active tab's URL only to check if it matches a known affiliate platform. Page content is never read or transmitted.
• Form autofill — when triggered, profile details are injected into form fields directly. No form data is sent back to our servers.
• No background tracking — the extension does not monitor browsing history or operate passively. It only checks the active tab when you open the popup.
• No remote code — only locally bundled scripts run. No code is fetched or executed from external sources at runtime.

Your data is stored on secured servers. Preferred passwords saved for autofill are encrypted before being stored in our database. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.

Profile details stored by the Chrome Extension remain on your device within Chrome's local extension storage and are cleared immediately when you disconnect the extension.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Extension-stored data is cleared immediately upon disconnecting the extension.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time.

RecurHub may use third-party services for transactional email delivery and payment processing. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and receive only the data necessary to perform their service. We do not permit them to use your data for any other purpose.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and an optional "remember me" cookie if you select that option at login. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of RecurHub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
